Graham Westwood CEO Graham Westwood is founder and CEO of Smashblock Corporation, a technology development and advisory firm. A serial entrepreneur, he has helped launch organizations and technologies that operate globally in the Enterprise Resource Planning, Process and Knowledge Management and Security sectors. Graham began his career on the shop floor. A mechanical fitter/pressure welder, he was introduced to the continuous improvement and management ideas of Edwards Deming.  He took his experience in manufacturing management and acquired a prominent California based manufacturing software developer.  While he was CEO at this firm, he created “skunk works” to develop some advanced process and knowledge management software – a company that later became his second venture capital based company. Graham is an avid marathon runner and coach and holds a B.Sc from the University of Guelph.

Janet Cloud COO Janet Cloud is a senior executive with global experience in medium to large companies in a variety of industries.  Prior to Smashblock, she was VP Operations & Technology at Advantage International.  She was EVP at TNS Canada running Operations & Technology, and ran cross-border transformational initiatives with TNS U.S. Janet has a B.Sc. and a MBA in Operational Research and Management Information Systems from McGill University.  She holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation. She has served 15+ years as a corporate and non-profit Board director, and has attained her ICD.D from Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto.  Janet volunteers as a tutor with “Beat the Street” at Frontier College, and mentors with the Cherie Blair Foundation supporting women world-wide to become economically independent contributors to their communities.

Neal Oswald Solutions Delivery Neal Oswald was SVP Process Management in Retail and Business Banking, and Technology and Operations, at a large Canadian Bank.  In these roles, Neal created and ran end-to-end process transformation programs. Prior to this, Neal was SVP Strategic Planning and Business Management in the Technology and Operations division. Neal provided thought leadership and direction to the senior leadership team in the planning, development and execution of an integrated tech and ops strategy, as well as several transformational projects across Technology, Global Operations and Corporate Services. Neal created and built the Bank’s Process Management Centre of Excellence.  Neal was the CFO of the wholesale bank at CIBC during the sub-prime crisis, when he led change initiatives to improve performance, restructure the division and grow the bottom line.  Neal has also held leadership roles in financial services consulting firms that focus on process transformation, business model change and risk management.

Philip Breddy Advisory Philip Breddy was a Senior Vice President in Serco Group plc, where he served in a number of strategy, solution architecture and technology innovation roles in the Americas, designing and delivering solutions for commercial and Federal clients. Prior to working in the Americas, Mr. Breddy worked for Serco Group in the UK on numerous Government contracts, leading the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in the defense and aerospace industry. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Breddy had a 12-year career in the Royal Air Force as a helicopter pilot and tactics instructor, flying the CH-47 Chinook on multiple operational tours around the world. Mr. Breddy graduated from Nottingham University, UK, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. During his operational tours in the RAF, he was recognized for service in the Balkans and Northern Ireland.

Prior to working in the Americas, Mr. Breddy worked for Serco Group in the UK on numerous Government contracts, leading the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in the defense and aerospace industry.
